Mark Hazell

Mark was Marketing Director at Norwich Theatre Royal for 25 years until 2018, line managing a department of 13, responsible for marketing, programming, fundraising and education. Prior to moving to Norfolk, he worked for a variety of touring theatre companies, including Cambridge
Theatre Company and the New Vic Theatre Touring Company. He has also worked with Chichester Festival Theatre, Leicester Haymarket Theatre, Guildford’s Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and High Wycombe’s Swan Theatre.

He is now a freelance arts marketing consultant, and his clients include the Fitzwilliam Museum, Kettle’s Yard, The Garage, Norfolk & Norwich Festival, Laugh in the Park, BeWILDerwood and the producer of the world’s biggest pantomimes.

He lives in Norwich with Emma, their two children Lily and Wilf, and their dog Buster.
